For many years I had been having trouble with a neighbor and ex employee of my mother. This person felt he had the right to break into my house whenever he pleased. It was pretty creepy. This continued off and on for years, and finally came to a head this last year when he was not only breaking into my house, but also got into my bank account, my computer, and other devices.
